Nearly 30 % of the Swiss population are affected by an allergy or intolerance. Consequently, about 3,000,000 people in Switzerland are affected and the trend is rising.

A disproportionate number of children and adolescents are affected by food allergies and intolerances. As a result, the social environment (family, kindergarten, school) is also facing special challenges. Therefore larger target groups are indirectly affected and are vitaly interested in products suitable for allergies and intolerances.
