Beatrice Zobrist
As the office coordinator, I work with my team to ensure that your products are certified according to the Allergy Seal of Approval standard and can be quickly found in the database on our website. I am also responsible for customer service, new customer acquisition and marketing.
In my free time, I love being outdoors and enjoying activities such as cycling, hiking and skiing. I also like to try out new things.
Andrea Cavegn
As Sales Manager, I am responsible for customer relations and new client acquisition. I support manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers in the strategic use of the Allergy Seal of Quality to create genuine added value for consumers and companies alike.
In my free time, I love to recharge during a yoga session. I am also passionate about cooking and good food, and I love discovering new recipes and dishes while expressing my creativity.
Kathrin Schäppi
As a marketing and communications specialist, I am responsible for our website and write and design brochures, advertisements and social media posts. Clear, understandable and consistent communication at all levels is very important to me.
From spring to autumn I spend a lot of my free time in the garden and I like to cook. My cats also need a lot of attention, and if there is still some time left, I read.
Certification
Ramona Brandt
My team and I are the contacts for any questions regarding certification. We are responsible for coordinating the documents and ensure that the certification process runs smoothly. As head of the Certification department, I am also responsible for looking after the audit bodies and auditors, as well as for administrative work at the office.
In my free time, I am often hiking in the mountains. I also love to spoil my family and friends with my baking creations.
Smilla Hächler
As a specialist, I use my expertise in many areas, including checking packaging and audit reports. I also answer technical questions from manufacturers and consumers and assist in the revision of regulations.
In my free time, I spend a lot of time in the garden and with my pets. I can also be inspired by exciting video games.
Laura Marti
I work as a specialist in the Allergies and Intolerances Unit. My tasks include checking packaging, reviewing analysis and audit reports and answering technical questions from manufacturers and consumers. I also work on projects and participate in expert groups.
I enjoy spending my free time outdoors, be it hiking in the mountains or swimming in the River Aare. On holiday, I can often be found diving in the underwater world.
Jasmin Rüfenacht
As a member of the Certification team, I am responsible for processing applications and coordinating the certification process. Through my role as an interface, I am always in close contact with our stakeholders. I support our customers from the application to the certificate and take care of administrative tasks.
I enjoy spending my free time by the Aare and undertaking activities with friends and family.
Jasmin Heinzmann
As an employee in the certification department, I am responsible, among other things, for the product database on our website. I also work on projects and ensure quality management. Furthermore, I support the team when and where they need me.
My second job is family manager. Trips to the countryside or the white countryside and my garden give me a balance to everyday life.
IT & Digitalisation
Ben Schäppi
As an IT and digitalisation specialist, I take on project management tasks and coordinate them with the aim of driving digitalisation forward. I liaise with external developers, suppliers and solution providers and help the team as Tech Support with all questions related to computers and data.
In my free time, I am a passionate music producer and am particularly interested in pop music. I enjoy working a lot with other artists.
